Description
The brief for the Illawarra Road Residence was to design a new home capturing the rural outlook. The design for the residence was to incorporate a timeless aesthetic to suit the rural setting in Northern Tasmania, with the central focus for the arrangement of spaces to be designed for family, entertaining and interaction. The design was to create a country Hampton's inspired aesthetic. The home is compromised of a pitched roof with a combination of dutch and standard gables with weatherboard cladding in a neutral colour palette inspired by Scandinavian design, which is carried throughout the interior and exterior of the home.

This has been especially well received by builders because we provide detailed notes and clear documentation to reduce any confusion on site. On average our plans are around 35 pages, subject to the project type and complexity. We take a systematic approach so that there is complete consistency from one set of plans to the next.
